36 Lime Street is based in the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England.
The building houses a number of Creative industries, artists, designers, photographers, musicians, poets, actors, printmakers, glass artists, jewellery makers, furniture makers, ceramicists and textile artists.
The building is open to the general public during annual events such as The Late Shows and local initiatives such as Ouseburn Open Studios (always the last week in November) and the Ouseburn Festival during the summer months.

Ouseburn Open Studios is always the last weekend in November and offers an eclectic range of work on offer to view, discuss and buy. Studios and creative businesses across the Ouseburn Valley open their doors to the public.
Many of the studios taking part in this year’s event will be hosting a number of fun interactive workshops, artist-led demonstrations, creative family events and other activities. There’s also a huge variety of affordable work to buy from paintings, ceramics, sculpture, jewellery, furniture, prints, and much more to suit everyone’s taste.
