Studio space available at 36 Lime Street, Ouseburn Valley

36 Lime Street Ltd’s guiding principle is to provide secure, affordable studio spaces for rent for creative artists, and in doing so to contribute towards the regeneration of the building and the area.
We aim to foster the principles of co-operation in members involvement with industry and commerce, training and education, and leisure and recreational activities.
36 Lime Street is proud to be a member of the National Federation of Artists’ Studio Providers.
3 studios on the top floor of 36 Lime Street have become available. Formally the home of Bruvver’s Theatre Company the studios require some thought as to how they can best be utilised and 36 Lime Street are inviting suggestions from interested people as to how they would like to use one or all of them.
The three spaces are as follows:
• What was a large rehearsal room. 103.46 Meters Squared this studio is in good repair and has direct access onto the fire escape on the north- east side of the building.
• What was a large storage space and workshop. 65.78 Meters Squared with windows over looking the ouseburn river, this studio requires some work.
• What was a small office. 16.04 Meters Squared with windows facing Lime Street this studio requires a relatively small amount of work.
We are looking for people who are interested in taking on all or some of the studios. We are also considering opening up the rehearsal room as a shared studio, renting sections of it to individual artists on a short term basis, if there is interest in this method.
These studios are available immediately and poses a fantastic opportunity for people to develop purpose built workspaces. We would urge any interested parties to arrange a viewing to fully appreciate the potential.
If you are interested in viewing all or any of these spaces please contact Rachel: 36limestreet.rachel@gmail.com
