A unique opportunity to learn the exciting art of glass in a thriving, professional studio at the creative heart of the Ouseburn. Under the guidance of accomplished glass artists, Sue Woolhouse and Laura Johnston, a range of day and evening workshops are now available to the public along with the launch of an exciting and inspiring 8 week glass school. A Passion for Glass – inspiring creativity and design 8 week course

Embark on a creative journey on this 8 week course in which you will be encouraged to develop your own approach to this exciting medium. The course consists of a series of practical workshops, inspirational presentations and personal tutorials, taking you beyond basic techniques to develop your own creative expression.

Evening and weekend glass courses

• Kiln carving

• Sandblasting

• Google SketchUp, an introduction

• Stained Glass An introduction to tracing, staining and enamels on glass

• Fusing and Slumping

• Silk-screening on Glass
