‘Why so sad?’ An exhibition by Matthew Saxon & Emanuela Marenz Opening Times: Preview Show: 7th September, 6pm – 8pm.
Exhibition open 8th – 9th September, 10am – 4pm. Free. The two artists have collaborated to create a multi-sensorial exhibition as the conclusive act of an art residency spent in Iceland. The work is aimed to explore the Icelandic imagery during the “never-ending-sun season” and reveal the personal, abstract experiences of the two artists. The photographic work is accompanied by instrumental compositions that identify an intimate way of experiencing the portrayed environment. Come along for the preview party, get a few free beers, have a chin stroke, and be critical. There will also be limited CD/Catalogs available for free. ‘Tak’
