Friday 11th November, 6pm – 8pmPainterly Effluvia

Painterly Effluvia brings together work by four artists for whom the notion of process and painting is at the forefront of their practices as a way of reassessing the activity of artmaking. The very notion of being brought together is almost a departure point from this shared common ground, where idiosyncratic interests and concepts are investigated through the addictive repetition of making. Thus our perceptual experience of these works delicately calls into question the character and personality of each maker.
